I currently accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance. All other insurances are Out Of Network. I can provide a receipt suitable for submission to your insurance company if you would like.

Insurance

I am currently an In-Network provider for Blue Cross/BlueShield of Michigan.

A receipt, suitable for submitting to your insurance company, can be supplied at your request. This is called a Superbill, and includes the diagnostic as well as the procedural codes for billing purposes.

We always encourage clients to call their insurance provider prior to their initial visit, to clarify their benefits for an In or Out of Network Provider.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.

Payment can be made via Cash, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, make sure to cancel at least 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
